The live zooming and panning function allows you to zoom and pan your view around or over a model.
Here are the basic steps for using this function.
-
To use the dynamic zooming and panning function firstly, select the function.
-
The mouse cursor will change to look like a magnifying glass, and by left clicking and dragging the mouse cursor toward the top of screen will zoom in on the picture, dragging the mouse towards the bottom of the screen whilst the left button is clicked will zoom out. By right clicking and dragging in the direction you like the view will pan.
- To use the function hold down shift and use the left or right mouse buttons while moving the mouse (this allows you to use the views while in another function).
- Another way of accessing the dynamic zooming and panning function would be to click the icon on the standard toolbar which is enabled by default.
- That said, there are many ways to access the dynamic zooming and panning function, to see a complete list follow this link on how to access the view menu in general.
